These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, learning platform, mobile applications, online courses, masterclasses, webinars, mentorship programs, community groups, downloadable resources, educational content, and any other products or services offered by Finspire Edulabs (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing our website or purchasing, enrolling in, or using any of our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately discontinue the use of our Services. 

1. Eligibility

To use our Services, you represent and warrant that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age or are accessing the Services under the direct supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms.

  • You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding legal agreement.

  • All information provided during registration, billing, and account creation is accurate, complete, and up to date.

  • You shall strictly comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws while using our Services.

We reserve the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate access to our Services if any information provided is found to be inaccurate, fraudulent, or misleading.

2. Nature of Our Services

Finspire Edulabs is an educational platform providing learning resources relating to financial markets, the stock market, trading, investing, mutual funds, personal finance, portfolio management, financial literacy, wealth creation concepts, and risk management.

Our Services are strictly educational in nature. We do not provide:

  • Investment advisory services or portfolio management services.

  • Research analyst services (under any applicable SEBI regulations or international regulatory bodies).

  • Stock tips, buy/sell recommendations, or trade alerts.

  • Guaranteed trading systems, algorithmic execution services, or guaranteed returns.

  • Personalized financial, tax, legal, or accounting advice.

Nothing available on or through our platform should be interpreted as a solicitation or offer to buy or sell any financial securities or instruments.

3. Financial Market Risk Disclaimer

IMPORTANT: Trading and investing in financial markets involves substantial risk and the possibility of severe financial loss. It is not suitable for every investor or individual.

By using our Services, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Past performance of any trading system, strategy, or instructor is not indicative of future results.

  • No strategy, chart pattern, or risk management framework can guarantee profits or eliminate market risk.

  • Any examples, illustrations, screenshots, case studies, or live-market demonstrations shown during masterclasses are solely for educational purposes and do not constitute real-time advice.

  • Simulated, back-tested, or hypothetical performance has inherent limitations, does not reflect actual trading execution, and may not account for real-world market conditions like slippage or liquidity.

  • You are solely responsible for all investment and trading decisions you make. You should only trade with risk capital you can afford to lose and consult with a qualified, registered financial advisor before executing any market decisions.

  • Finspire Edulabs shall not be held liable for any trading losses, investment losses, opportunity losses, tax liabilities, or financial setbacks incurred by you.

4. No Guarantee of Results

We do not guarantee or warrant that you will earn profits, become a profitable trader/investor, recover past financial losses, secure employment, pass professional certification examinations, or achieve any specific financial outcome. Individual results vary drastically based on personal discipline, market conditions, capital availability, psychological grit, experience, and risk management execution.

5. Intellectual Property Rights & Limited License

All content available through Finspire Edulabs—including but not limited to videos, masterclass recordings, PDFs, presentations, trading frameworks, educational methodologies, proprietary charts, graphics, logos, website design, software, course structures, and quizzes—is the exclusive property of Finspire Edulabs or its licensors and is protected under global intellectual property laws. No ownership rights are transferred to users.

Upon successful enrollment, Finspire Edulabs grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the purchased content solely for your personal, non-commercial educational use. Under this license, you are strictly prohibited from:

  • Copying, reproducing, downloading, uploading, or distributing any content without explicit written permission.

  • Recording your screen, taking screenshots, live-streaming classes, or distributing masterclass videos.

  • Sharing your login credentials, purchasing joint accounts, or allowing multiple people to access a single account.

  • Selling course materials, redistributing PDFs, or creating derivative educational products using our frameworks.

  • Using our content, brand, or methodologies for commercial training or corporate purposes.

Violation of this section will result in immediate termination of account access without a refund, permanent blacklisting, and the initiation of formal legal proceedings.

6. User Accounts & Responsibilities

You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and preventing unauthorized access to your account. You agree to notify us immediately at our support email if you detect or suspect any unauthorized access. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts suspected of credential sharing or concurrent multi-user streaming.

7. Payments & Pricing

All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated. By purchasing any Service, you authorize Finspire Edulabs and its third-party payment gateways to process charges via your chosen payment method. We reserve the right to change pricing, modify offers, withdraw discounts, cancel promotional campaigns, or correct typographical pricing errors at any time without prior notice.

8. Refunds & Cancellations

Refunds shall be governed exclusively by the separate Finspire Edulabs Refund Policy available on our website. Unless explicitly stated otherwise in that policy:

  • Course and masterclass purchases are generally non-refundable once access is granted.

  • Failure to attend live sessions or complete a course does not entitle a user to a refund.

  • Dissatisfaction based on individual subjective expectations or financial losses in the market shall not qualify for a refund.

9. Course Access & Modifications

Course access is provided strictly for the duration specified at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to update course materials, modify the curriculum, replace instructors, change platform hosting technology, or remove outdated content to improve quality. Such updates and modifications do not entitle users to refunds or compensation.

10. Live Classes & Masterclasses

For live events, webinars, and masterclasses, schedules may change, sessions may be postponed, and scheduled speakers may be replaced due to unforeseen circumstances. Sessions may be recorded by Finspire Edulabs, and these recordings may be distributed or repurposed at our sole discretion. Attendance is the student's responsibility, and missing a live session does not entitle you to a makeup class or financial compensation.

11. Community Guidelines

Users participating in Finspire Edulabs' community forums, Telegram channels, WhatsApp groups, Discord servers, or live chat modules must maintain professional decorum. You agree not to:

  • Harass, threaten, insult, or use abusive language toward other students or instructors.

  • Promote third-party products, services, courses, or drop affiliate links.

  • Solicit investments, pitch fund management pools, or share unauthorized buy/sell tips.

  • Spread financial misinformation, pump-and-dump schemes, or engage in political or religious debates.

Violation of these guidelines will result in permanent removal from all community spaces without warning or recourse.

12. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to hack our systems, use automated scripts/bots, scrape platform data, reverse engineer our software, upload malicious code, misrepresent course completion to third parties, or use our brand name without express written permission.

13. User-Generated Content

If you submit assignments, reviews, testimonials, comments, or suggestions, you grant Finspire Edulabs a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable license to use, publish, reproduce, modify, display, and distribute such content for educational, marketing, promotional, or business operations, unless otherwise agreed in writing. You guarantee that your submissions do not infringe on any third-party rights.

14. Third-Party Platforms

Our Services integrate with or link to external third-party platforms (e.g., payment gateways, video hosting networks, communication servers, and analytics tools). Finspire Edulabs is not responsible for third-party service outages, privacy breaches, security vulnerabilities, or transaction failures occurring on these external networks. Use of such services is strictly governed by their respective terms and policies.

15. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Finspire Edulabs disclaims all warranties, express or implied—including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, operational availability, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that our services will be entirely uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Finspire Edulabs, its founders, directors, instructors, employees, affiliates, contractors, and partners shall not be held liable for any trading losses, investment losses, business interruptions, loss of profits, opportunity losses, data loss, reputation damage, or any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use or inability to use our services, reliance on educational content, or market choices.

Our maximum aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the exact amount actually paid by you to Finspire Edulabs for the specific Service giving rise to the claim.

17. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Finspire Edulabs, its founders, employees, instructors, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or legal fees arising out of:

  1. Your breach of these Terms;

  2. Your misuse of our platform or services;

  3. Your violation of any third-party rights or applicable laws; or

  4. Any financial trading or investment choices made by you based on our educational frameworks.

18. Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and revoke platform access immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you violate these terms, engage in copyright piracy, abuse staff, or conduct fraudulent activities. Termination does not extinguish our legal rights or survival clauses (including intellectual property, disclaimers, and liabilities).

19. Force Majeure

Finspire Edulabs shall not be held liable for any delay, interruption, or failure to perform its obligations due to events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, government mandates, internet routing failures, widespread cyberattacks, grid failures, or third-party infrastructure collapses.

20. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably through mutual discussions. If the dispute remains unresolved after thirty (30) days, it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Kota Rajasthan, India.

21. Severability & Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. These Terms, alongside our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Finspire Edulabs.
